A slightly smaller Porcelain variety that we haven’t gotten to get extra large in our garden. Strong garlicky flavour with a good amount of heat when raw. Becomes more mellow and sweet when roasted. Wild Buff is a garlic that apparently still has fertile flowers and the ability to produce true garlic seed (TGS) under managed conditions. We will need to try to produce TGS from this variety in the future.
