Originally from South Korea this Asiatic garlic is spicy when raw and sweet when baked. The scapes of Asiatics are unusual in that the spathe (the sheath that surrounds the bulbils and flowers) can be very long, up to a foot and a half in length! This garlic variety is one of our largest producing garlics in the garden.
